Automatic Rotary Continuous Vacuum Chamber Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machine

1.  Maintain a clean operating environment for the vacuum packaging machine. The environment should not be excessively humid, and the machine must never be used in harsh conditions such as those involving flammable or explosive materials.

2.  The vacuum packaging machine should be operated within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 50°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%. Excessively high environmental humidity can damage the electrical components within the equipment and reduce its service life.

3.  Always unplug the power cord before performing any maintenance or inspection on the machine to prevent the risk of electric shock.

4.  For machines with a three-phase, four-wire power supply, a compatible socket matching the machine's power requirements must be used, conforming to the three-phase, four-wire system specifications. Single-phase machines should be equipped with a three-pin power socket, and reliable grounding of the machine must be ensured.

5.  Maintain the vacuum components in an optimal state of cleanliness. Regularly wipe and clean the interior of the machine. Regarding the vacuum pump oil, only fill it to the two-thirds level mark on the oil sight glass. Strictly adhere to the vacuum pump's instruction manual for operation and maintenance.

6.  Provide corresponding training to technical personnel before they operate the vacuum packaging machine. As the control system is pre-calibrated by technicians before leaving the factory, unauthorized adjustments by untrained personnel may lead to operational failures or malfunctions in the control system.
